The Royal Week, in Numbers

One week, seven days, too much royal fabulousness to deal with. We've had tiaras, hats, red carpets, princesses playing football in heels...it has been a picnic of perfection from start to finish. To sum it all up, here's the Royal Week - in Numbers.

The number of organisations which gathered at the Royal Palace in Stockholm for a workshop to help children and young people who have arrived in Sweden with refugee status - it was attended by Queen Silvia and Princess Sofia. The royal hosts heard about the work that has gone on in the past year and ended with Silvia telling those present that together they could make a difference.

The number of years that Dutch Design Week has been running - in the past few days, Queen Maxima headed to Eindhoven to get an overview of this year's event. The Queen of the Netherlands met some of the young designers involved. This time round there are 2,500 designers involved and 275,000 visitors were expected to come through the doors.

The anniversary which the Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative marked this week at its conference in Geneva which was attended by Queen Letizia. The initiative, which has made its way to 152 countries,  is focused on supporting breast feeding..

The number of years that have passed since the publication in Leuven of Utopia, by Thomas More - to mark this anniversary, Queen Mathilde of the Belgians this week opened an exhibition at the M Museum in the Belgian town. Mathilde was given a tour of the 80 masterpieces that make up this show, called In Search of Utopia.

The number of visitors who have been to the  lodges in the Palace Park - as part of the Jubilee celebrations for King Harald and Queen Sonja, people were asked to leave messages for the royal couple. Thousands did and the books were presented to Queen Sonja this week.
